Monza’s new season starts with a bang, and in the first friendly match, it immediately makes it clear that they are already at their best. Paladino’s sons, despite the physical form still to be found, and despite the many changes during the course of the match, beat Nova Camuña 11-0. And this year too, just like last year, the first goal bears Birndley’s signature.

Monza didn’t stop, and the first half ended 4-0. In the second half, the remaining seven goals were to complete the very heavy deficit of Nuova Camuña. A heavy result for sure, even if it is a friendly match. Monza is sending a clear signal to its direct competitors and to other Italian teams. The Paladino boys are doing really well.
