Former USA gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar was stabbed in the back and chest during an altercation with another inmate at a federal prison in Florida. Nassar is in prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting hundreds of gymnasts, including some Olympic medalists. The sources confirmed that the stabbing occurred on Sunday in Coleman Prison, Florida. Nassar’s condition will be stable. The former national team doctor, who is serving his sentence in a federal prison in Florida, was stabbed in the back and chest.

The ogre doctor was a USA Gymnastics Federation physician for 18 years but is also the medical director for Michigan State University and Holt High School. While Nassar is still being held in jail, the trial which was to establish an admission of his follies has reached a sentence. Almost 400 million dollars (353.98 million euros to be exact) in total which divides around 900 thousand euros for 499 gymnasts (many minors) abused and attacked.
