Piedmontese Nova Coop focuses on services, from telephony to electricity and gas contracts

It was born as an experiment, and now it’s a new business model. 64 points of sale in Piedmont and Lombardy operated by Nova Coop – the principal cooperative union in the Northwest region – will host Novapoints, Cooperative Service Centers, a new point-of-sale model for providing information and dispensing a chain directly to customers. Thanks to Novapoints, the methods of information and provision of services offered by Nova Coop, previously available only at some points of sale, have been expanded and unified. Nova Coop’s proposal is based on cooperation with specialized partners: in NovaPoints it is possible to activate mobile services of the CoopVoce operator, sign contracts for the supply of electricity and gas to domestic customers of the Nova Aeg Enercasa Coop brand, or define contracts for UnipolSai insurance offers.
